Whether you are looking for a holiday, which offers an enjoyable relaxing pace, or if you would prefer a great way to see a range of destinations throughout the world, maybe it's time you enjoyed the relaxing experience of a cruise holiday.
A cruise holiday can offer much more than conventional package holidays, as you can travel to a combination countries and places, giving you a far greater variety of options during your holiday. Plus there is a whole array of things, which will be inclusive during your stay on a luxury cruise, so you won't have to worry about any hidden costs. Here are some great cruise holiday destinations to consider for your next cruising experience:
The Baltic Region
Taking a scenic cruise across the Baltic Sea offers a wonderful way to experience places like Helsinki in Finland, St Petersburg in Russia or Tallinn in Estonia.
The Baltic region is steeped in history, but unlike many cruises you will rarely be out of the sight of land. A Baltic Cruise offers ever-changing scenery, which is provided by one of the world's most dramatic coastlines. You will be able to enjoy the more temperate climes of Norway's west coast to the glacier-covered Svalbard Islands situated on the edge of the Arctic region.
Norway and Iceland
For another great cruise holiday, why not head to Norway and Iceland? Both of these beautiful countries offer some fantastic historical locations to visit.
First stop is Reykjavick in Iceland, the world's most northerly capital city, which offers some great sights in this unique place. You will get an opportunity to visit places like the Great Geyser at Strokkur; the Golden Waterfall at Gullfloss and the Eyjafjallajokull Glacier.
After leaving Iceland and arriving in Norway, you will cruise through the magnificent Norwegian Fjords, like the beautiful Aurlands fjord, before arriving in the in the lovely west coast city of Bergen, Norway's second largest city.
The Canary Islands & Morocco
Just off the coast from the Western Sahara in North Africa are the groups of islands known as the Canary Islands, which offer some warmer cruising. This beautiful group of islands offers a wonderful location for a stopover or for day touring at any time of the year, especially if you are looking for some sun in the autumn or winter months.
Visit wonderful places like San Sebastian in La Gomera, Santa Cruz on Tenerife and Las Palmas in Gran Canaria. This gives you a great way to experience these historical Spanish communities while enjoying your holiday at a relaxing pace.
